Gwen was hired as Casey's City Clerk on February 11, 2020. Gwen worked as Menlo's City Clerk for 3 years and as Guthrie County's First Deputy Auditor for 23 years. Gwen was born and raised in Cedar Rapids and moved to rural Casey after marrying her husband, Chris, in 1990. Gwen and Chris adopted 3 children, own and operate a farm, and enjoy riding horses and motorcycles together. Gwen also enjoys hunting, camping, skiing, and quilting.

Jon has been the Public Works Director since May of 2018. Before that, he served as the Public Works Director for the City of Dexter. He has also located underground lines for Iowa One Call. In his free time, Jon enjoys camping and spending time with his family.

Tim was hired as Casey's Public Works Assistant on January 16, 2018, and has remained a valued member of our team. Tim resides in rural Guthrie County with his wife, Rachel. He has three sons and three step-daughters. Tim grew up around the Panora area. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, fishing, and hunting.
