In 2017, the City of Casey hired the SVPA Architectural Firm to design a multi-use building that represents Casey's rich past and bright future. The "train depot" design fits in perfectly with Casey's historic downtown while its very existence symbolizes our determination to overcome every challenge we face.

In early 2018, the Rochon Corporation of Urbandale won the contract to make our design a reality. They have been involved in numerous local projects such as the West Central Valley High School, Panora Schools, and the Madison County Hospital.

Casey Comeback

On March 5, 2018, the Casey City Council alongside representatives from SVPA and the Rochon Corporation held a groundbreaking ceremony that was covered by WHOTV.
